Job Summary
Account Manager focused on ensuring high-tier SME members maximise value from LegalVision’s fixed-fee legal membership. Build and nurture member relationships, guide onboarding, identify opportunities to upgrade or extend memberships, serve as the primary contact for inquiries including platform navigation and legal service questions, triage requests for legal assistance, analyze member usage to detect churn risk, collaborate with internal teams to improve the member experience, and drive retention through proactive, solutions-oriented reviews and feedback implementation. Flexible or part-time arrangements are available and the role includes a vibrant office in Surry Hills with remote-work options.
