Job Summary
Account Manager for Coplogic portfolio in the West territory, serving as the primary relationship owner for law enforcement agencies and driving new business, renewals, retention, and revenue growth for Coplogic insurance and digital reporting solutions. Builds multi-threaded relationships across chiefs/sheriffs, records managers, IT, and city/county stakeholders; guides contract lifecycle activities, identifies expansion opportunities (modules, services, and multi-agency rollouts), and translates Coplogic capabilities into tangible operational and financial benefits for public safety leaders. Coordinates with implementation, support, product, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely issue resolution, and strong adoption; represents Coplogic and LexisNexis Risk Solutions at regional/state events to strengthen partnerships and cross-sell opportunities. Requires consultative selling,CRM proficiency, travel up to 25%, and the ability to articulate value in terms of adoption, efficiency, and community safety.
Required Qualifications
- Account management experience
- sales experience managing an existing book of business
- experience selling SaaS, data, or technology-enabled solutions
- prefer experience selling to public sector and/or law enforcement agencies
- strong consultative communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
- ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- negotiate renewal terms professionally
- coordination with implementation, support, product, and finance teams
- willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
