Account Manager Latin America

Job Summary
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across Latin America by building long-term relationships, conducting regular business reviews, and identifying new sales opportunities. Proactively understand customer objectives and workflows to deliver value through consultative approaches, utilizing phone, email, video conferences, and onsite meetings to foster trust and ensure loyalty. Achieve retention and revenue targets by expanding customer usage, increasing account spend, and supporting contract renewals while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize commercial outcomes. Fluently communicate in English and work effectively under pressure with a willingness to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer retention, and revenue growth within a B2B sales environment
- Fluent English
- Willing to go to the office two to three times a week
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic customer relationships while consistently achieving commercial targets
- Be inquisitive and unafraid to question the status quo, dedicated to improving customer outcomes
- Build world-class customer experiences, coupled with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Coachable, adaptable, and open to learning structured sales methodologies and best practices
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Working effectively under pressure and being available for international travel
- Have experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce.com
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a high-performance mindset and strong sense of ownership
