Manage existing client relationships and drive retention by understanding individual customer needs and providing excellent, problem-solving service. Cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting for potential clients, organizing networking events, and creating proposals, contracts, and estimates that meet client objectives. Collaborate with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to maintain LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit process, identify property maintenance needs, and find delivery solutions. Participate in industry networking as a leader and representative of LandCare.
