Account Manager

Manage existing client relationships and drive retention by understanding individual customer needs and promoting high standards for service, safety, and LandCare's culture. Provide excellent communication focused on problem-solving while creating proposals, contracts, and estimates that meet client objectives. Coordinate between client expectations and production reality to ensure projects reflect our commitment to quality and sustainable landscape solutions. Actively prospect for new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with property owners, and lead networking events to foster industry connections. Participate in operational excellence programs and mentorship initiatives designed to advance your career. This full-time role offers a base salary of $70,000-90,000, includes a company-provided vehicle, and provides medical, dental, and vision coverage.
