Job Summary
Account Manager to join Kraft Heinz NZ's Newmarket-based Sales team. Permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote) focused on growing the business with Foodstuffs North Island, managing promotional programs, forecasting, reporting and cross-functional collaboration across categories. Key responsibilities include executing plans to grow the business, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting short- and long-term strategic planning. The role requires ownership, clear communication, relationship-building, resilience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in Sales/Marketing/Business Development within FMCG and a tertiary degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (plus).
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred)
- 3-5 years in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)
- Negotiating and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, analytical, good listening skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
