Job Summary
The Account Manager will develop new business from existing clients while seeking new opportunities and managing a portfolio of assigned customers. Responsibilities include planning short and long-term sales and marketing strategies, analyzing customer market needs and competition, negotiating prices to ensure profitable sales, conducting customer product trainings, and maintaining relationships with local authorities and national accounts. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 4-7 years of relevant experience, fluency in Spanish/Catalan, and good English communication skills. Candidates must possess consultative selling experience and a strong technical background, alongside good negotiating and networking skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 7 years of working experience in sales and/or account management
- Consultative selling experience
- Spanish/Catalan – fluent, English – min. good
- Technical background combined with strong influencing skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Strong motivation to drive things
- Good communication and networking skills
- Ability to work with competing demands in small multi-discipline teams
- Capacity to work under pressure
