Job Summary
Conduct client meetings and trainings for Local Educational Agencies while managing onboarding, program compliance, and reimbursement strategies. Monitor account performance, analyze quarterly coding reports, and deliver strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and maximize reimbursement outcomes. Educate stakeholders on DHCS regulations, resolve higher-level concerns, and ensure required enrollment documents are completed and maintained. Assist with transportation-service billing and serve as an escalation point for internal staff addressing client performance issues. Maintain current knowledge of applicable program regulations through assigned trainings and conferences, collaborating across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or an equivalent combination of related professional experience
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to build professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Comfortable conducting client meetings, presentations, and training
- Ability to analyze information and provide strategic recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days per week in the office
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations, trainings, conferences, events, and company meetings as needed, including occasional overnight travel
