Job Summary
Account Manager to expand existing accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya’s SaaS products, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, develop tailored strategic plans for each account, monitor adoption metrics, and drive revenue growth. Collaborates with Customer Success and Sales to ensure successful implementations and aligns customer needs with Kaseya solutions; utilizes Salesforce for CRM and forecasting; requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to meet quotas and deliver exceptional client value.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment
- A strong passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Motivated, coachable, and competitive with a resilient drive to succeed
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts
