Account Manager, Joint Replacement (Central & East Netherlands)

Account Manager for Stryker Joint Replacement in Central-East Netherlands. Responsible for prospecting new customers and fostering relationships with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments; deliver product trainings, demonstrations, and clinical support in operating rooms; inform, advise, and train medical professionals on Joint Replacement portfolio and Mako Robotics; manage orders and after-sales follow-up; participate in congresses and events to expand customer base; travel within the region (up to ~80%) to customer sites and facilities; collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales cycles. Fluent in Dutch and English; valid driver’s license; a degree in business, nursing, physiotherapy, healthcare, or related fields is preferred and helpful for role execution.
