Job Summary
Promote Galderma's consumer skincare portfolio to healthcare providers and office staff within the assigned territory through face-to-face sales calls, distribution of product samples, and attendance at company meetings to increase product demand. Meet or exceed KPIs such as HCP satisfaction, coupon redemption, and POS. Manage resources and stay within geography to build relationships with providers and staff; travel may be required, with some meetings during evenings or weekends. Requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of outside B2B sales experience, valid driver’s license, ability to travel overnight, and strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills; proficient with MS Office and CRM tools. Compensation includes base salary $90,000-$120,000 USD plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and hybrid work schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment, CRM software
