Job Summary
Account Manager for Italian-speaking partners based in Cairo, remotely managing a portfolio of 75–100 mid-tail hotels. Build strong remote partner relationships via calls, emails, and virtual meetings; drive improvements in supply metrics; activate Agoda products/promotions; log outcomes using Avaya, HubSpot, and SHS/DS Playbooks. Primary requirements include 4+ years in account management, business development, or supply/e-commerce; fluent English and French; strong B2B relationship and negotiation skills; data-driven mindset; comfort with digital-first remote work and CRM tools; excellent communication and the ability to handle multiple partner conversations daily.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in account management, business development, or supply/e-commerce role
- Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with proven success in B2B engagement
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience
- Comfort with digital-first remote portfolio management and CRM tools
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a large portfolio independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to hold multiple partner conversations daily
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows, tools, and business priorities
