Job Summary
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and contacting decision-makers; develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding goals, challenges and expectations; negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of services; collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, operations) to deliver solutions that meet client requirements; monitor account performance and customer satisfaction metrics; resolve issues during the account lifecycle; solicit feedback and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling or referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in technology solutions or staffing services
- Proven track record of closing deals with C-level executives
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software
