Account-Manager IT

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, then develop technical IT concepts to resolve client issues. Create and follow up on proposals, manage order execution including procurement, and hand off ready-to-implement tasks to the technical department. Maintain client relationships while driving acquisition and retention for both new and existing accounts. Requires a completed IT Systems Sales training or equivalent, with experience in IT systems or sales, and fluency in German and English.
