Job Summary
Lead US-focused employer sales strategy for internship placements, secure internship opportunities, and match students to roles; build and manage a robust pipeline of employer partnerships; onboard and actively manage host-employer relationships; drive recruitment processes and ensure compliance with the BridgeUSA (J-1 Visa) program; collaborate with marketing to develop collateral, pitches, and market positioning; leverage Salesforce and other tools to drive efficiency and accountability; adapt sales strategies to local markets and represent CIEE in external engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of sales-related experience
- Ability to build and maintain high-impact relationships and close the sale
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent the organization in public settings with industry partners
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Commitment to the organization's mission and values
- Background check, reference check, and education/employment verification as conditions of employment
