Account Manager, International Sales

Job Summary
Drive sales by actively supporting and engaging CIEE's network of International Representatives while managing annual cooperation agreements and sales targets for the High School and Work Exchange Programs. Analyze recruitment trends, market conditions, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities, monitor pipelines, and escalate issues impacting recruitment goals. Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners in assigned markets, researching new opportunities and creating customized reports to inform departmental strategies. Collaborate with program owners to execute market-specific sales plans and represent CIEE professionally at webinars, conferences, and partner meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of sales and account management experience
- Experience managing leads and data in CRM systems
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building credible relationships across functions and management levels
- Ability to work across cultures and international borders
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic to support sales in a competitive environment
- Desire to work in a global and collaborative team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for conferences, partner meetings, and other business needs
- Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification
