Job Summary
Account Manager - Internal at Reapit responsible for managing client relationships across a portfolio, conducting client check-ins, uncovering business requirements, and addressing client needs. Responsibilities include managing forecast/pipeline, reducing churn, demonstrating Reapit products to clients, updating records in Salesforce/Monday, collaborating across teams, resolving billing/contract issues, recontracting, responding to inbound marketing leads, and completing product/systems training. Requires experience in real estate tech, strong communication, strategic growth mindset, and the ability to operate in a flexible hybrid setup (Brisbane office when required with home workspace).
Required Qualifications
- Min 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Real Estate Industry experience
- Must be residing in the Brisbane area
- Excellent Organisation and Time Management skills
- Trustworthy and professional, with positive can-do attitude
- Strategic solutions approach, with a hunger to grow customer spend and maintain revenue
- Team player with strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Consistent record of exceeding targets and KPI’s
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience working with technology/Saas
- Driver Licence and trustworthy vehicle
