Job Summary
Account Manager Intern role focusing on owning strategic partner relationships, onboarding new partners, tracking performance metrics and KPIs, leading co-marketing efforts, and driving growth in the Moroccan market. Responsibilities include onboarding partners with the necessary tools, managing partner performance and dashboards, negotiating collaborations for sustainable economics, translating partner feedback into product/marketing/operations improvements, and collaborating with colleagues to enable growth and learning. Required capabilities include commercial acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, excellent written and spoken communication, customer obsession, organizational detail-orientation, and multilingual capability (English, French & Arabic).
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong communication skills in English, French and Arabic
- Ability to onboard partners and manage end-to-end relationships
- Analytical mindset with KPI tracking and dashboards
- Experience with partner negotiations and category management is a plus
- Interest in operations, product feedback, and cross-functional collaboration
