Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and building relationships as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, identifying growth opportunities through upselling, collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliverables, conducting market research, and updating client relationship management software. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, horticulture, or a related field or have 4 years of customer service experience in the horticulture industry. A minimum of 5 years landscaping experience is required, along with strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office365.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Minimum 5 years landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that allows coverage by the company’s insurance company

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Adept at using Microsoft Office365 and online sales tracking tools
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
