Job Summary
Support existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities through inside and outside sales outreach. Prepare customer quotes, maintain and update databases, and deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and conducting review calls. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the company while reporting to the Vice President of Customer Relationship Manager. This role requires a minimum of two years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment, with ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing experience considered an asset. Travel may be required.

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- CIFFA certification
- Proficiency in establishing rapport and developing solid relationships with potential leads and key customer contacts
- Ability to ask the right questions, listen carefully and understand customers' needs
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
