Job Summary
The Account Manager for Infusion Technology will drive the expansion of VitalAire's Home Infusion Care by establishing key partnerships in healthcare, particularly with hospitals and specialized home care organizations. This role requires strategic collaboration agreements to introduce infusion technology and care models directly to patients at home. Responsibilities include negotiating partnerships, leading innovative transitions of infusion care out of the hospital setting, and onboarding essential staff within partner organizations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a proven track record in business development, especially in home care or related areas, and strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Proven success in a commercial or business development role in home care, pharmacy, or medical devices
- Expertise in infusion care, home care model, and Patient Support Programs (PSP)
- Exceptional commercial acumen and a proactive approach to generating new business
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within hospital and home care organizations
Desired Qualifications
- Existing network within local specialized home care organizations
- Fluency in Dutch
