Job Summary
Account Manager, Influencer Marketing role focusing on end-to-end influencer campaigns, primarily with Micro and Mid-Tier talent. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day creator and client communications, driving tactical execution across assigned workstreams, coordinating with creators, vendors, and internal teams for on-site activations or remote shoots, maintaining data entry and submission accuracy, developing wrap reports and performance insights, identifying risks and escalating them with solutions, and supporting growth/upsell efforts through prepared materials. Requires 3+ years in advertising/influencer marketing, strong cross-functional collaboration, ability to work evenings/weekends, and location in Las Vegas with travel to resort properties 2–3 times weekly. Bachelor’s degree required; travel-ready and experience with influencer marketing best practices are essential. Proficiency with social platforms, data reporting, client-facing materials, and a solutions-oriented mindset are expected; AI in recruitment notes that recruitment decisions are human-driven. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related services roles
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
- Based in Las Vegas and available to travel to resort properties up to 2–3 times per week for on-site activations
- Availability to support occasional evening and weekend work
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and inter-agency coordination
- Proactive, solutions-oriented with ability to manage multiple tactical workstreams
