Job Summary
Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem Applications. Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to interpret results and recommend improvement initiatives. Execute Account Management Excellence Programs including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value. Meet annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and commercial negotiations. Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities for consistent year-over-year growth. Work safely at all times following EHS policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering or 8+ years of direct experience. Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel required. Salary range $85,000 to $105,800 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), preferred
- minimum 8+ years of direct experience in the field and water treatment industry
