Job Summary
Account Manager for Industrial New Markets (Eastern US) - Remote role authorized for candidates located east of the Mississippi. Responsible for delivering revenue growth from a portfolio of accounts, coordinating Cutsforth resources to align customer needs with solutions, and closing revenue. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, develop relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, coordinate with partner companies, and stay informed on industry trends. Key duties include uncovering customer needs, managing CRM pipeline, attending trade shows, providing product/process feedback, and sustaining revenue growth. Requires 5+ years in direct technical sales or account management, strong CRM and MS Office skills, ability to operate in a commission-based plan, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in related industrial sectors. Bachelor's degree preferred; remote work within the US East region near an international airport.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct technical sales or account management
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Significant experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation plan
- Experience working with a cross-functional team
- Experience in related industrial fields such as data centers, pulp/paper, chemical plants, water/wastewater, oil/gas, or metals/mining
- Must be located east of the Mississippi River and within reasonable distance of an international airport
