Job Summary
Operate and manage the full service areas of the employee cafeteria, including the restaurant, coffee bar, conferences, and vending. Serve as the central contact for the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operational workflows while adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Drive process improvements and culinary development alongside a supportive team, managing revenue, costs, and results through rigorous budget control and forecasting. Lead a high-performing staff in recruitment, scheduling, and training while maintaining strong personal relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction. Report regularly to regional leadership and maintain comprehensive financial oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie, z.B. als Hotelfachmann, Restaurantfachmann, Koch o.Ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren F&B-Leitungsfunktion mit Personalverantwortung, vorzugsweise in der Betriebsgastronomie
- Ausgeprägte Qualitäts-, Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit sind Sie Vorbild für Ihre gesamte Gastro- und Service-Crew und führen als Teamplayer stets kooperativ, motivierend und wertschätzend
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kompetenz - Sie sind auch stark in der administrativen Betriebsführung, Aspekte wie Budgetsicherheit, Kalkulation und Vertragsmanagement zeichnen Sie aus
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Zusatzqualifikation z.B. als Hotelbetriebswirt, Fachwirt im Gastgewerbe, kfm. ICA-Academy-Abschluss oder vergleichbar wünschenswert
- Praxiskenntnisse in digitalen Gastro-Tools (Warenwirtschaft, Kassensysteme, CateringApp etc.)
