Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for day-to-day delivery of facilities services to multiple client sites within a geographic territory, driving client account management, operational support, and financial success. Serves as primary interface with client management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing service requests, monitoring budgets and scope, and ensuring timely, accurate communications and reports. Develops and maintains relationships with client staff and management, coordinates workflows with vendors and service providers, and supports 24/7 client coverage; requires Bachelor's degree and 2-3+ years of B2B experience with strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; travel to client sites as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in facilities management or related fields
- Excellent verbal, written, and time-management skills
