Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive sustained growth across allergy and autoimmunity portfolios. Achieve sales and activity targets through planning, customer engagement, and implementation of territory strategies that support improved patient outcomes and business growth. Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and key stakeholders; lead tender submissions, negotiations, and contract management; maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce; monitor market trends and provide actionable recommendations; travel within the assigned territory to participate in meetings, trade shows, and workshops, while ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Skills-focused responsibilities include pipeline development from prospecting to closure, stakeholder management across primary and secondary care, detailed forecasting, and data-driven decision-making; effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve territory objectives.
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree or higher in Biology, Clinical Biology, Immunology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline preferred; Equivalent experience will also be considered
- Proven track record in sales within healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
- Experience leading tenders, negotiations, quotations, and contract management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, patient pathways, and laboratory processes
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Willingness to travel within Sweden and internationally as required
- BSc or higher in a related scientific discipline is preferred
