Job Summary
Account Manager, Immunology responsible for achieving portfolio sales across high-valued customers in dermatology, including Dermatologists, Pharmacy, Integrated Health Networks, and professional organizations. Promote Galderma’s prescription dermatology products (biologic and consumer) with advanced clinical, operational, and financial selling skills; develop and execute cross-functional account plans; manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and the speaker bureau; plan field-based activities and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to drive demand and ensure access and reimbursement; demonstrate strategic thinking, independence, and a strong ownership of the book of business; utilize data and analytics to inform strategies and measure performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 5+ years outside sales experience, and 2+ years of Pharmaceutical/Dermatology/M medical sales experience; strong selling, communication, and relationship-building abilities; proficient with MS Office and sales reporting tools. Compensation includes base salary $120,000-$160,000 USD with annual incentive potential and comprehensive benefits, plus hybrid work schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Five (5) or more years of outside sales experience
- 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales
- Previous account management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
