Job Summary
Account Manager II responsible for delivering a superior customer experience while driving profitable business growth in the Commercial Banking portfolio. The role expands existing commercial customer relationships for both credit and non-credit products/services, conducts credit analysis for the portfolio, develops a shadow portfolio aligned with market opportunities, and collaborates with lending advisory groups and internal/external subject-matter experts. Responsibilities include leading account management, credit and operational risk for an assigned portfolio, leveraging sales platforms to understand customer needs, industries, and markets, and building market knowledge and relationships. Focus areas include identifying referral opportunities to internal partners, meeting or exceeding business targets, preparing high-quality credit applications, managing risk, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver full product suites while maintaining compliance and a strong client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
