Job Summary
Manage the entire account-service process for larger, complex property accounts by preparing quotes, proposals, and renewals while overseeing enrollments and premium financing. Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients and carrier staff, responding to escalated issues and coordinating audits to ensure policy accuracy. Maintain organized account files and facilitate effective relationships through client meetings and presentations. Requires 5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience and current licensing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience
- Currently licensed in good standing
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
