Job Summary
Account Manager II responsible for general account management of Heart/ Belly customers in Indonesia, overseeing relationship management, procurement liaison, contract/price/overdue management, and demand development. Drives growth by expanding share of wallet (including bids and tenders), mitigates churn risks, and manages CRM customer and NBD pipeline with cross-functional collaboration (CSM, BD, CSD, GBS) to ensure full customer journey success and accurate sales forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering or Management
- 5 – 7 Years in years of experience with proven record in commercial, sales management
- Proven experience in account management, collaborating with different roles and stakeholders to ensure customer success
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
