Job Summary
Join BrokerLink as an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance. You will provide prompt, professional service to customers, assist with quotes and new business, update client files, prepare insurer documentation, issue certificates, process endorsements and payments, and liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate terms and renewals. The role requires strong customer service, administration, and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and either a valid provincial insurance license or willingness to obtain one. A positive, team-oriented, independent contributor with attention to detail will fit well in this growing team across Canada. This position is based in Burlington, Ontario with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- A valid provincial insurance license or willingness to obtain the same
- High School and/or Post Secondary Education
- Strong customer focus and administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently in a competitive industry and be committed to superior customer service
Desired Qualifications
- A valid provincial insurance license or willingness to obtain the same
- Industry accreditation (CAIB, CIP) would be assets
