Job Summary
Account Manager - Human Nutrition, Vitamins & Carotenoids responsible for managing customers across the USA, leading customer development and growth activities, driving key account planning, identifying and closing growth opportunities, defining budgets and KPIs, and acting as the primary customer focal point. Will build senior-level relationships, engage internal/external stakeholders, and guide cross-functional discussions to implement Human Nutrition strategy and deliver performance targets. Requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree and 5+ years in Sales/Marketing/Account Management, with proven ability in strategic account planning, budgeting, KPI management, and effective senior-level communication. Remote US - West Coast preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management
- Proven sales leadership and influencing skills
- Experience supporting strategic account planning
- Budgets, KPIs, and business performance targets management
- Strong communication at a senior level, interpersonal, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills
