Job Summary
Serve as the bridge between insurance carriers and Brokers, assisting with submissions to commission during the application process and managing full-cycle life insurance applications. Build strong relationships with Brokers to streamline their applications, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with carrier, regulatory, and HUB Financial procedures. Perform reviews on all life insurance applications, provide underwriting feedback on carrier products and requirements, and consistently follow up on cases to obtain medical vendor and carrier decisions. Support Brokers on new carrier policies, regulatory changes, and HUB updates while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of life insurance industry experience
- Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite & most online meeting platforms
- Possess working knowledge of competition and trends in the industry
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communication skills (oral and written)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
