Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors by communicating effectively through phone, text, and email. Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they escalate, while reviewing and polishing estimates before sending them to clients. Own the overall client experience from start to finish, maintaining an organized project pipeline to ensure everything runs smoothly. This role offers a $70–75K base salary plus monthly commissions with most on-site visits occurring within 30 minutes of your location. Required Qualifications
- Background in customer service, account management, or coordination
- Strong communicator who responds quickly and follows through
