Job Summary
Proactive Account Manager responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth, preparing reports and updates, onboarding new clients, resolving client concerns with effective solutions, and supporting business development and client retention efforts.
