Job Summary

Account Manager for Spectrum Quartz to drive territory growth by building and maintaining relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers. Responsibilities include staying current on product knowledge, following up on leads, representing the company at trade shows and events, expanding existing accounts to meet quotas, logging visits and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborating with center managers, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/design, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail, and must have a clean driving record. Travel is 80–90% within the assigned territory; lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Tools include Microsoft 365 and Salesforce; the position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or the design industry
  • Clean driving and criminal record
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
