Job Summary
Account Manager for Optical Training Institute (OTI) to expand footprint within existing multi-location enterprise and mid-market eyecare customers. Drive new revenue opportunities by uncovering additional product and service needs within current customer base, ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction. Responsibilities include building relationships with senior stakeholders across training, operations, and management; guiding onboarding and adoption; coordinating with Customer Success to address engagement gaps; advocating for customer needs while aligning with company goals; identifying upsell and expansion opportunities (additional seats, courses, or services); delivering ROI-focused proposals; collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; maintaining CRM accuracy and contributing to scalable account management playbooks. Travel required occasionally; role is remote with travel for strategic meetings or industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success
- Proven track record managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with measurable retention and growth outcomes
- Experience in healthcare, education technology, or optical industry software strongly preferred
- Skilled at strategic relationship-building and navigating multi-stakeholder organizations
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot) and project/workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
