Job Summary
Oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. Manage business metrics, forecasting, and payroll accuracy while optimizing labor resources and scheduling for associates. Lead recruitment, hiring, and retention efforts through orientation, performance coaching, and regular appraisals. Ensure consistent service delivery by maintaining client relationships, monitoring business changes like construction or expansion, and building loyalty. Utilize standardized business systems to control assets and expenditures while adhering to safety protocols and reporting all incidents immediately. Maintain a clean work environment and represent the company effectively in diverse settings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds frequently over considerable distances
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 10%
