Job Summary
Account Manager at Looma (Remote) responsible for partnering with Account Executives through post-close processes, owning campaign setup and coordination, maintaining Salesforce hygiene, building campaigns in Looma’s ISM platform, guiding brand partners through asset submission, conducting first-pass creative reviews, QAing and delivering campaign performance insights, and serving as the escalation point for platform issues. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, managing day-to-day communications with brand partners, and building scalable processes to support a growing portfolio. Candidate should be highly organized, proficient with Salesforce, data-driven, and experienced in digital advertising/retail media with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales operations, or a related client-facing B2B role
- Fluent in CRM systems — especially Salesforce
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments
- Strong communicator
- Data-driven and capable of interpreting campaign performance metrics
- Experience in digital advertising, retail media, CPG marketing, shopper marketing, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred
