Job Summary
Promote BeOne's Hematology products through calls on targeted physicians in the Phoenix and Flagstaff territory to implement sales, marketing, and patient support programs. Train physician support staff on product use and handle administrative functions including call reporting, expense submission, and CRM data entry. Maintain communication with the Market Access Team, identify customer changes, and ensure full compliance with drug laws and regulations. Travel 50-75% across the assigned geography. Requires 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales with significant Hematology experience and a B.A./B.S. Degree. Base salary ranges from $170,200 to $215,200 annually.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. / B.S.
- 8 plus years' experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management
- significant Hematology experience
- Must have a self-starting, self-managing independent work style
- Must be results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
- Experience in specialty sales
- an understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
- previous national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, various sites of care, IV medications, injectables, orals and Medicare Part D
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- proven track record of use [of CRM software]
- Ability to actively engage in developing new business
- Proven track record of resilience in the face of challenges
- Must be willing to travel over a relatively large geography which will include daily and overnight travel up to 50-75%
Desired Qualifications
