Job Summary
Account Manager to handle day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, meeting notes, task tracking, and delivery coordination across performance marketing accounts for a data-driven AI-first agency. You will join client calls, take notes, convert discussions into actionable items, track tasks and deadlines, coordinate across marketing, creative, operations, and leadership, document client requests, prepare weekly updates and recaps, maintain client hubs and project boards, flag risks or blockers early, and support account leads with reporting, scheduling, and organization. Requires strong written/verbal communication, high organization, experience with marketing/paid media/SaaS, and comfort in a fast-moving startup; hybrid in San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of account management, client success, project coordination, or agency experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very organized and comfortable managing multiple clients or projects at once
- Experience working with marketing, creative, paid media, SaaS, or agency teams
- Ability to turn messy conversations into clear tasks and next steps
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, project management tools, and AI tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Able to work hybrid in San Francisco
