Job Summary
The Account Manager role involves supporting the daily management and growth of client accounts by building positive client relationships, ensuring client expectations are met, and overseeing project management of all account projects. Candidates must have strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical clients. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical account management, and experience with adherence to industry guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum three (3) - five (5) years of pharmaceutical account management at an agency
- Experience working with pharmaceutical clients required
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
- Demonstrates knowledge and ensures adherence to internal processes, PhRMA, ACCME, OIG, and HCC guidelines
