Job Summary
Owner Direct Account Manager responsible for achieving revenue and margin goals by acquiring maintenance agreements, quoted service projects, quoted repairs, building automation projects, turnkey projects, and comprehensive solutions for existing buildings; supports Havtech mission by delivering exceptional customer service throughout sale and execution of HVAC equipment, building automation, and mechanical contracting services; identifies and coordinates Havtech-provided solutions to meet client environmental, operational, financial, and people goals; develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients; collaborates across Havtech sales groups in a team-selling environment; manages scope, pricing, and contract terms, and stays current with local utility incentives to improve project margins.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five years of experience in HVAC sales or related technical field
- Well-developed sales skills
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel within a defined region at least 50% of the time
- Ability to function independently and deliver results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
