Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) provider clients, driving revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators including Accounts Receivable Days, Denial Rates, and Clean Claim Rates to identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate corrective action plans. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of concerns, supporting A/R reduction goals, and assisting in reducing denials. Lead recurring operational meetings and communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to physicians, practice administrators, and key stakeholders. Work remotely with shift timings from 6:30pm to 3:30am, collaborating closely with Billing, Coding, and Accounts Receivable teams to drive measurable improvements in reimbursement outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five (7) years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
  • Minimum two (2) years supporting physician practices, medical groups, ambulatory providers, or healthcare management organizations
  • Previous client-facing experience in account management, operations management, revenue cycle management, or relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience managing accounts receivable performance and revenue cycle improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations
  • Strong understanding of Medical billing and claims processing
  • Strong understanding of Accounts receivable follow-up and collections strategies
  • Strong understanding of Denials management and appeals processes
  • Strong understanding of Commercial payer reimbursement methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
  • Strong understanding of Managed care plans
  • Strong understanding of Provider credentialing and enrollment
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of Practice Management Systems and EHR platforms
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with U.S.-based providers and executive stakeholders
  • Experience conducting client meetings and presenting operational performance reports
  • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Shift Timings: 6.30pm to 3.30am (Night Shift)

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant healthcare certification preferred
