Job Summary
Account Manager, Guest Management & Credentialing is responsible for delivering successful client onboarding projects for our Event Management platform, guiding clients through best-practice workflows, owning project timelines and launch dates, providing client training and onboarding support, translating client requirements into actionable technical tasks, and executing configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and site design. This role involves cross-functional coordination, maintaining high levels of customer engagement and product renewal, and travel to assist current clients with marquee events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4+ years of professional work experience
- Experience in customer service or customer success preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with JIRA, CRM or similar software
- Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks, 2-3 times per year
- On-site work at client locations as part of role
