Job Summary
Account Manager GT responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, monitoring account performance, preparing reports and updates, onboarding new clients, resolving client concerns, and supporting business development and client retention efforts. Key skills include relationship-building, multi-account management, customer service, CRM proficiency, reporting and presentations, and the ability to work independently and within a team to drive client satisfaction and growth.
