Job Summary
Own and grow an assigned portfolio of Travel Insurance partner accounts by building trusted relationships, leading quarterly business reviews, and executing account plans focused on expansion ARR and net revenue retention. Identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Revenue Operations to forecast pipelines, and maintain accurate HubSpot records while advocating for partner insights to drive product roadmap alignment. Provide leadership with actionable forecasts and contribute to scalable frameworks for account management. This individual contributor role supports Vertical Insure's embedded insurance platform, helping partners realize full value through deepened adoption and strengthened relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
- preferably in SaaS, fintech, or insurtech
- Proven success retaining and growing customer or partner accounts with revenue responsibility
- Experience meeting or exceeding NRR, expansion, or retention-focused targets
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into account strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, with strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Must be local to Minneapolis, MN
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with vertical SaaS, embedded finance, or insurance-related products
- Experience in or exposure to the travel insurance space
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, technical, or operations teams
