Job Summary
Account Manager, Group Ticket Sales at Angel City FC to develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, youth soccer leagues, and corporations; generate new business, execute group events, manage ticketing experiences, and drive revenue through renewals and referrals. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, CRM activity tracking, cross-functional collaboration, planning and executing group experiences and game-day activations, and delivering exceptional service to ticket buyers. Ideal candidates have experience in ticketing sales/service (professional sports, luxury, or hospitality), strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays, independent work style, proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Archtics and Salesforce is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
