Job Summary
Manage strategic customer accounts by acting as a liaison between key customers, production, and planning to oversee orders, schedules, and delivery changes. Update and track spreadsheets for customers and the sales department to provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly updates, while verifying the accuracy of orders and quotes through general data entry. Communicate with customers via email, portal, and phone to provide production status, coordinate special instructions, and manage requests, responding quickly to inquiries and follow-ups. Learn and provide backup for Order Entry while maintaining positive relationships across various departments to ensure superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
